- Cancellation with no charge.
- Full refund of any advance payment.
- No charges will be applied.
12-24 hours before
- 50% of the order value will be charged.
- 50% refund of the advance, if paid.
- Covers preparation and wastage costs.
Under 12 hours
- Full amount will be charged.
- No refund of the advance.
- Rescheduling may be offered subject to availability.
Special Cases
Force Majeure
In force majeure events, we will handle the booking with maximum flexibility.
Medical Case
With medical proof, relief or rescheduling may be offered.
Cancellation Process
- Call us to submit your cancellation request.
- Provide booking details and event date.
- Receive a formal cancellation confirmation.
- Refunds are processed within a few business days.
Modifications
You may request changes instead of cancellation, subject to availability.
- Changes up to 24 hours at no cost.
- Under 24 hours - partial fees may apply.
- All changes depend on availability and logistics.
